At the very least, you will want to download the two handouts for the class below.  There are skeletal instructions that will walk you through the basics of discovering your own personal values as well as how to effectively make decisions based on them.  For an added bonus, I am also including a recorded class I taught recently on the subject that will provide some additional insight and richness.

There are two handouts for this class:
1) Value Cards:  Download.  Note: this document will print two pages.  They are intended to print on opposite sides of the same piece of paper.  Card Stock is desirable, but not required.
2) Basic Exercise Instructions and Workbook:  Download.  For full information, listen to the class below as well 

As an added bonus, here is a recording of a class I gave to discover your key values where I also outline a decision making tool based on those values.  The class plays in about 50 minutes and will walk you through the entire process from start to finish!:
