Ken’s coaching specialty is in helping ambitious tech leaders develop their leadership skills, Thrive in their career, and feel Balance and Grace while walking that tightrope.

Ken’s career spans 25 years of activities within the IT industry.  He started as a techie establishing an expertise in various mainframe and open systems disciplines.  He started managing in the 80’s and discovered his passion for working with people and leading teams to achieve their goals.  Ken has had a variety of leadership positions, culminating in a position with responsibility for 60 employees and a budget in excess of $11M.  Much of his success in management, and job satisfaction as well, was derived from his ability to evoke outstanding performance from his employees and peers, which ultimately led him to focus full time on his skill as an Executive Coach.  Ken is no stranger to the pressures of the office, finding his greatest successes only after learning the lessons of Balance and Sustainability.  Ken is a certified Leadership and Executive Coach through the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.
