Helping Ambitious Leaders Thrive ... with Increasing Balance and Grace
I am all about eliminating unnecessary pain and suffering in the work place. I work with ambitious tech leaders who are suffering themselves in some way, and as a result very often are directly or indirectly causing others to suffer unnecessarily as well.
The positive version of this is that I help my clients to really Thrive in their chosen career. This word includes and goes beyond mere financial success, taking in the less tangible benefits we all strive for such as joy, recognition, growth, balance, and other words that you may put on this list. Grace refers to your impact on others as you lead as well as the ease with which you practice it.
I help my clients align rather than divide, to inspire rather than overpower, and to calm rather than inflame.

- I just accepted a new job that is even more than I dreamed possible … in fact, a lot more, and it has me both excited and scared. What can I do to make this work?
- I’m unhappy with my last performance appraisal and want to do something about it (without leaving). Help me get my mojo back!
- I Want to improve employee engagement in my business unit, but there is just too much other stuff going on to focus here. If truth be told, I don’t really like this work as much either, how can I be successful with this?
- Since I took over, we have been going a mile a minute, but I am finding that my staff doesn’t really understand why or for whom we’re doing it. Help me line everyone up by articulating our Values, Vision, and
